ABOUT US

I empower women college students who aspired to be entrepreneurs and career women to break free from limiting mindsets, such as imposter syndrome to accelerate their path to success by doing workshops and public speaking. In the workshop or public speaking they will learn various skills, such as: Leadership skills, Interpersonal (communication and networking skills), while cultivating their confidence and growth mindset.  The workshops are interactive. According to research, the top ten skills that employers look for in their employees are: leadership skills, interpersonal (networking skill), and growth mindset.  These are the same skills that entrepreneurs needs to succeed. Unfortunately a lot of students graduate without those skills and struggle to thrive in their career and entrepreneurship. Those skills are lacking because they are neither taught in schools or in the home. I remember growing up, I was taught not to have many friends because people are not good, there I was a struggling entrepreneurs with not many friends, it was not until I learn that the people with the most friends get the most opportunities. But, it takes interpersonal skills to get and maintain relationships.

A snippet of my speech...I spoke to aspired entrepreneurs about the importance of not comparing themselves.  It takes confidence to

own and use your gifts and talents

to serve.

A snippet of my speech...I spoke at

a networking event to both entrepreneurs and aspired entrepreneurs about using failure as a lesson and not as a sign to quit. A

growth mindset redefine their failures and sees opportunities.

I gave a speech at a conference about growth mindset and fixed mindset.

A snippet of my speech...There are many aspiring entrepreneurs who are insecure about their bodies that it stops them from being visible and going after their dreams.  Or they self sabotage.

I believe that leadership starts with being self aware. By knowing yourself you build better relationships and make better decisions. Has your personality change since the past 5 years? What change and how does it serves you?
